VITAL GOURMET DINING
- Welcome drink to toast the beginning of your holiday in Val di Sole.
- Breakfast buffet featuring regional and locally sourced products, a bio-products corner, homemade pastries and viennoiseries, cured meats and cheeses, freshly squeezed juices and detox drinks.
- Afternoon snacks from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm, with fresh fruit, homemade cakes prepared by our pastry chef and, during the winter season, a warming soup.
- Dinner à la carte, with a salad buffet, two appetisers, three first courses, three main courses and two desserts to choose from. The menu also includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, alongside specialities inspired by Trentino traditions and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Two themed evenings every week.
- Sensory experiences dedicated to wine and grappa, offering an introduction to the aromas and flavours of the region. Wine tastings with our sommelier are available at an additional charge.

- Dedicated playroom with games and activities, where children can enjoy themselves in a space designed especially for them.
