The Vital Gourmet philosophy at Tevini Resort is born from a passion for cuisine that places quality, seasonality and local produce at its heart. Trentino cuisine meets Chef Giacomo Basile’s distinctive approach, as he reinterprets traditional recipes and flavours with a personal, contemporary touch.
From the breakfast buffet and afternoon snack to à la carte dinner, Vital Gourmet accompanies every moment of the day with carefully selected ingredients and meticulous attention to detail.
OUR GOURMET RESTAURANT IN VAL DI SOLE
At our gourmet hotel in Trentino, Notte Fine Dining offers a more intimate and refined dining experience, where Chef Giacomo Basile’s cuisine unfolds through sophisticated tasting menus, exploring the dialogue between the culinary traditions of Trentino and Campania.
The restaurant is open to everyone four evenings a week, from Wednesday to Saturday, from 8:00 pm.
GUIDED WINE TASTINGS WITH OUR SOMMELIER
The Tevini Wine Cellar is home to more than 350 labels, with a particular focus on Trentino and outstanding wines from Italy and beyond. Every week, our Maître and Sommelier, Marco Biancucci, leads guests through guided wine tastings, exploring the aromas, origins and nuances of a carefully curated selection designed to bring out the character of every glass.
SIGNATURE COCKTAILS AND CIGAR ROOM
At the Tevini Lounge Bar, aperitivo meets the creativity of our Bartender Alessandro, who invites you to explore his signature cocktails and original creations. It is also the perfect setting for a coffee or a relaxed moment, accompanied by live music and piano bar three evenings a week.
The Cigar Room offers a discreet and private setting in which to enjoy a selection of fine cigars, paired with a whisky or rum.
